Welcome to SelfPrintz. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SelfPrintz website, mobile application, and physical Automated Printing Machine (APM) kiosks. SelfPrintz is a product and brand operated by Akuro Technologies.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content of any documents you upload to the SelfPrintz platform. You agree not to upload, transmit, or print any material that is illegal, infringing on intellectual property rights, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise harmful. We do not preview or monitor uploaded documents, but reserve the right to delete files that violate these terms.
SelfPrintz provides self-service document printing at designated APM kiosks. Once an order is paid, you can collect your prints by scanning the QR code at the physical kiosk. Documents are held in the queue for a maximum of 5 hours, after which they are automatically deleted for security and privacy.
All payments for printing services are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments. SelfPrintz does not store or collect your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking credentials directly on our servers.
Akuro Technologies and SelfPrintz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from poor document formatting, user error, or physical machine malfunctions beyond refunding the paid order amount in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
